    Abstract: 檢視現有SIP相關產品，我們發現並未存在有完整而獨立的網路語音信箱的方案。本文中，我們提出了『整合式的網路語音信箱服務平台』的架構，開發出獨立的SIP-based Voice Mail Service系統模組：此一模組可以非常容易的整合到任何既有的SIP-based 網路語音服務環境之中，使得網路電話的使用者可以擁有和傳統電話一樣的語音留言服務。此外，藉由IVRS模組的運作，我們的系統也整合了傳統電話設備，提供行動化服務的機制，使本系統成為一個具備行動化的整合性語音信箱服務系統。當使用者無法找到電腦，或是無法上網時，只要使用者有一般電話設備，不管是手機或是一般電話，均可直接撥接此系統的服務簡(代)碼就可以聽取語音留言。
