Abstract:	2013年8月報告人得到科技部補助三年「民法親屬編修改後的實務運作研究」之計畫後，開始展開對於台灣民法親屬編在歷經多次修法（從1996開始到2012年共歷經10多次，最近一次修法在2015年1月）之後，法規範的結構以及實務運作情形的研究與分析工作。本成果報告主要說明本研究計畫過去三年的執行情形與研究成果。主要分三年計畫進行之情形及計畫主持人每年發表論文或專書之成果，加以說明。最後並說明本計畫之整體成果。 After the reporter receipt of grants since August 2013 from the Ministry of Science for three years, reporter had begun the study about the practical operation of the family law and theories. The outcomes of the researches are mainly to explain the situation and the implementation of the family law in Taiwan.
