Title:	透過網路服務技術達成分享SCORM教材的實作

Abstract:	Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) 標準是由美國白宮科技辦公室與國防部於先進分散式學習 (Advanced Distributed Learning, ADL) 先導計畫中所提出，希望透過「教材再用與共享機制」的建立，來縮短教材開發時程、減少教材開發成本、促成教材能在各學習平台間流通自如。讓使用者能隨時、隨地、在需要時，就可取得所需的學習資源，即刻進行學習，同時在這教材共享機制下，也能達成大幅降低人員訓練費用的目標。本文主要重點是以服務導向架構 (Service Oriented Architecture, SOA) 配合網路服務 (Web Services) 的實作來分享SCORM的學習教材，讓教材透過網路服務的方式達成教材共享與再用。在這個架構下，教材提供者將發佈教材資源庫與他人分享；而教材需求者則透過網路服務的方式來搜尋教材資源庫的合適教材，再由教材提供者所公開的下載位址來取得所需的教材。最後，教材需求者經由學習管理平台將教材匯入而完成教材共享過程。
