    Abstract: 權利可以改變社會嗎？權利的主張、抗爭與制度化的同時，往往能夠在個人與社會層次，產生認知與意義的改變。然而，此種改變涉及許多複雜的議題。法律動員鑲崁於社會既有的意識與意識型態之中，交錯著自我認同、組織慣習、政治抗爭、以及日常實踐。本文以性侵害相關法制為例，說明此一複雜的社會過程。
