    Title: 台灣地區高齡退休族群幸福感與城鄉差距之研究
    A Study on the Happiness of Elderly Generation and the Gap Between Urban and Rural- A Case of Taiwan

    Abstract: 台灣面臨高齡化社會來臨，退休族人口越來越多，然而在離開職場後，退休是否就過的更快樂、幸福呢？為了解目前台灣退休族之幸福感，本研究建立一計分架構，並從「財務」、「健康」、「生活品質與社交」、「自省回顧」四大構面的自由度來計算與解析台灣退休族的退休幸福指數，同時探討退休族是否過著有品質的退休日常。經過計算後，四大領域得分分別為財務65.23分、健康72.17分、生活品質及社交70.41分、自省回顧69.47分，而高齡退休幸福指數總分為69.32分。
    此外，本研究亦依循此退休幸福指數架構，分別針對六都與非六都地區的退休族生活狀況進行比較，進而探討退休族生活日常的城鄉差距，並描繪城市地區（六都）與鄉村地區（非六都）在四大領域中各自的表徵。
    經過交叉分析後，發現「財務」、「健康」、「生活品質與社交」、「自省回顧」四大領域之間，相互存在著相關性，而年齡或學歷亦與高齡退休幸福指數存在顯著相關。最後透過交叉、對應分析，發現六都城市與非六都地區在四大領域中皆有相關性存在。
