    Abstract: 我國多層次傳銷行為之管理規範，原係附麗於公平交易法及其授權訂定之多層次傳銷管理辦法中，經公平交易委員會與產學各界多年之修法研議與努力，新的「多層次傳銷管理法」已於今年一月十四日經立法院三讀通過，並經總統公布後於同年月三十一日生效，一部獨立而完整的多層次傳銷管理法，於焉誕生。雖然新法承襲了舊法多數之實質內容，以維持管制之一貫性，然因其已刪除或納入許多過去所未有之管制元素，加以全新之「保護機構」將行設立，我國多層次傳銷管理法制仍可謂邁入了一個嶄新的階段，展開了一頁新紀元。本文將對此作一全面通盤之說明。
