    摘要: 有鑑於近二十年以來創新育成中心在台灣大專院校校園環境中廣泛成立的普遍化現象，以學術型育成中心的普遍化現象為初步的研究構想，本文以台灣大專院校當中的創新育成中心作為研究主題，探討其在大專院校校園環境當中的成立及其擴散現象，以組織制度論的觀點進行切入，分別由大專院校性質分類、區域、政策、評鑑等因素進行分析探討，試圖釐清作用於學術型育成中心成立與擴散現象當中的具體因素與擴散機制為何。

    以台灣各大專院校之學術型育成中心的成立年分作為資料進行存活分析，研究結果發現大專院校性質分類、政策、理工領域系所、大專院校性質類屬內成立狀況為影響學術型育成中心成立與擴散的主要影響因素，而建構主義模式的擴散、模仿同型機制及強制同型機制則是確實作用於學術型育成中心之擴散過程中的實質中介機制。期望本研究能提供關於學術型育成中心普遍化成立與擴散階段的組織制度論分析與理解，完成學術型育成中心在台灣大專院校領域中成立之擴散現象的制度性影響因素與作用機制的基本探討分析。
    Incubators established generally in Taiwan universities and colleges in past twenty years, therefore, the general establishment of incubators in Taiwan universities and colleges can be seen as the preliminary idea. This study takes the incubators which established in Taiwan universities and colleges as theme, and aims to clarify specific factors and diffusion mechanisms about the diffusion of incubators in universities and colleges. This study uses organizational institutionalism as the main theory, and analyzes the different types of universities and colleges, regions, policy, education evaluation and other factors.

    This study uses the data about the year of each incubator established in Taiwan universities and colleges for survival analysis. The finding shows that the types of universities and colleges, policy, department of science and engineering and the diffusion of different types of universities and colleges are the main factors that affect incubators’ diffusion and establishment. Constructivism, mimetic isomorphism and coercive isomorphism are the mechanism which affect incubators’ diffusion and establishment. This study expects to offer institutionalism analysis and understanding about the establishment and diffusion of incubators in Taiwan universities and colleges.
