    Abstract: 隨著5G(5th generation mobile networks) 、巨量資料(Big Data)、邊緣運算(Edge computing)、物聯網(Internet of things)新技術的出現，企業核心競爭力也在不斷改變，市場的競爭不光在於產品的效能，更多的是客戶差異化的需求，然而在轉型的過程中，資訊在其中扮演的角色往往僅是支援公司後勤活動，鮮少有其針對公司的組織，策略如何進行調整，如何利用數位科技的優勢，去改變市場遊戲規則，透過資訊科技在協助企業經營活動時所創造的價值過程中架構一個完整的資訊平台，建構資訊完整的配合與串連，透過資訊的透明與透通來創造產業的增值，使企業在面對不確定的環境下能成長與擴張，作為研究後續個案數位轉型調整方向之依據。
