    Abstract: 日本企業的勞資關係,素以安定和諧著稱,因而由勞資爭議所引發的工作損失率極低,使得日本經濟持續成長創造奇蹟。但是當研究者試圖解釋日本式勞資關係,導致「和諧」的因素時,常因勞資關係的本質是動態性質,故未能掌握其根本要素,因此,常受時局變遷,導致評價不一。故本文採用「理念型」的方法,抽離出導致日本式勞資關係和諧的原理為永續關係的原理、集團原理、福利原理、循序漸進的原理、磋商原理。對日本式勞資協調,做體系性的闡釋。同時這些原理,對即將邁進工業化國家之林的我國,亦極具參考價值。
