Title:	愛與團結：論個人關係的規範性基礎 Love and Solidarity: On the Normative Foundations of Personal Relationships

Abstract:	本文論證現代社會的個人關係（友誼、親密關係與家庭）的規範性基礎。個人關係的社會病理學現象叢生，但當代實踐哲學卻忽視了或以不適當的視角看待個人關係規範性向度，使其問題得不到有效發展與解決。我的核心主張是：個人關係領域是社會正義的重要範疇，因為以愛與團結為特徵的個人關係的實踐是個體自由實現的必要條件。愛和正義並非對立，團結與自由也不矛盾，個人關係應當被理解為民主倫理生活不可或缺的構成部分。本文首先梳理當代實踐哲學對個人關係的諸種規範性討論，結合霍耐特對自由的反思進行批判，說明當前理論的不足及其實踐危機。接著，我以霍耐特的正義理論為基礎，從社會自由與相互承認的角度，分析個人關係促使個體自我實現、獲得自由體驗與形成生活共同體的規範性功能。最後，則批判性地討論在此視野下，個人關係在民主倫理生活中的適當定位為何；並且針對霍耐特理論的可受批判之處提出我的詮釋方案，闡明倫理性的開放性與批判性的要求。
