    Abstract: 本文主要目的乃欲探討後冷戰期間中國如何建構外空安全規範，本文先 從中國如何肆應冷戰期間，美國所提倡的「和平利用外空」此一概念所衍生 之不確定因素出發，再針對中國如何於後冷戰期間嚐試建構「防止外空軍備 競賽」和「防止外空武器化」新規範之努力加以探討。本文以中國參與外空 建制之過程，說明冷戰期間「和平利用外空」的不確定性對中國外空活動身 分之限制，藉以呈現外空安全建制所謂等級結構之所在。本文再針對後冷戰 期間中國如何建構外空安全理念，並以何種方式訴求形塑未來外空安全規範 之各種嚐試，從而檢驗社會建構論所強調的相互主體性塑造實踐的目標，同 時亦形成行為者的身分與利益此一命題。
