| Abstract: | 本文首先建立一個同時包含技術與配置效率的成本函數模型，接著針對行政院衛生署網站公佈之37家財團法人醫院財務報表，收集民國95~104年間之縱橫資料，選取相關醫務投入與產出變數，採用隨機前緣分析法估計樣本醫院之技術與配置效率以及影響技術效率之因素。發現技術效率值排序，若按權屬別依序為一般型、宗教型和企業型；若按規模別排序則為小型、中型與大型；市場競爭度對醫院技術效率沒有顯著影響。最後，樣本醫院皆有規模與範疇經濟，應持續擴大營運規模與產出多樣化，可降低平均成本。
This thesis first establishes a cost function model that includes both technology and configuration efficiency. Then, it collates the financial statements of 37 consortium hospitals published on the website of the Health Department of the Executive Court, collecting data from 95 to 104 years of the Republic of China, and selecting relevant medical input and output variables, using stochastic frontier approach to estimate the technical and allocative efficiency of the sample hospital and the factors which affect the technical efficiency. It finds that if by ownership, the sorting of technical efficiency value is is general, religious and corporate. If sorting by size, it is small, medium, and large; Market competition has no significant impact on hospital technical efficiency Finally, sample hospitals all have scale economy effect and scope economy effect and they should continue to expand their operational scale and diverse output to reduce average costs. |
