    Abstract
The study aimed to explore the use of strengths-based case management (SBCM) by social workers in Supervised Visitation Program for the recovery of service users. The researcher used in-depth qualitative interviews record from four social workers as the analysis contents, analyzed their practical strategies and methods on improving the recovery of service users. The study findings are summarized as follows:

1.The strengths-based social workers can discover the opportunity of using SBCM and combine the service strategy of SBCM to improve the recovery of service users.

2.Using strengths perspective as the strategy of intervention brings forth positive advantages to the Supervised Visitation Program: Strengths perspective could be used as a basis and combine every principle and method flexibly with other methods in order to meet the needs of different service user. Moreover, it breaks through the predicament of the practical work.

3.The results indicated that in order to improve the recovery of service users, social workers must build a facilitating mindset:
    (1) Social workers must believe every service user has its strengths; the progress of recovery is different for each individual; social workers must strive to create quality time and high-quality parent-child interaction in limited time.

    (2) This study found that the keys to improve the recovery of service users were: facilitate parenting knowledge and skills and create a children-centered visitation by playing games; intervene in any possible dispute in time and provide positive feedbacks to recover relationships; reestablish strengths-based words and facilitate the power of service users; take advantage of the needs of service users to create their expectation; take family events as an opportunity to enhance positive communication skills and to point out each other’s strengths; help service users to become friendly parents.

Finally, this study lists out the limitations of the study, and provide strategic suggestions on the work development in the future.
