    Title: 不同產品生命週期下供應商遴選、發展活動與績效之關係:汽車業之個案研究

    Abstract: 本研究以汽車業為研究對象,透過個案研究法深入探討針對處於成長期與成熟期階段之產品所需的關鍵零組件,參與部門人員(1)所重視之供應商遴選項目;(2)所重視之供應商發展活動;(3)重視哪些供應商遴選項目有助於績效之提升及(4)供應商遴選與發展活動應如何搭配以有助於績效之提升。相關結論如下:
    (1) 不論在成長期抑或成熟期階段,個案公司皆重視供應商在品質、價格及交期方面之「生產核心能力」,而成長期階段另重視供應商之「技術能力」;成熟期階段重視供應商之「生產整合能力」。兩階段在「技術能力」及「生產核心能力」呈顯著差異。
    (2) 整體而言,個案公司皆重視對供應商的「生產支援」活動,其次為「技術交流與分享」,供應商發展活動方面主要係透過協力會組織來推動,以成員間意見之交換、資訊傳達及強化相互情報聯繫為宗旨,另外也有針對特定議題所舉辦之研究會。兩階段在「生產支援」活動方面呈顯著差異。
    (3) 在成長期階段下,「生產整合能力」會正向影響個人相關績效;成熟期階段下「生產核心能力」及「技術能力」則將正向影響供應商相關績效。
    (4) 在成長期階段下,「過去形象與表現*生產支援」及「技術能力*技術交流與分享」將影響相關績效;而成熟期階段下,「過去形象與表現*技術交流與分享」、「過去形象與表現*生產支援」、「生產整合能力*生產支援」、「技術能力*技術交流與分享」、「過去形象與表現*財務援助及策略性投資」及「企業經營體制*財務援助及策略性投資」則會影響相關績效。
