| Abstract: | 本文梳理英美世界對於尼采自由觀的立場異同，定義尼采屬於以撒亞伯林劃分之積極自由陣營，並提出自己對尼采自由觀的理解，亦即尼采式獨有的自由觀，事實上是酒神戴奧尼索斯與太陽神阿波羅之均衡角力。並且，尼采的自由觀事實上和「如何成為你自己」和「成為超人」密切相關。作者並對英美世界討論尼采自由觀必談論的文本——道德系譜學第二章第二節提出個人新譯，以及定義尼采使用「自由意志」、「意志之自由」及「自由」此類概念乍看之下具有高度混淆性的字詞時，分別帶有何種含義。
This dissertation aims to clarify the controversies over Nietzschean freedom in the English-speaking world as well as to contend that Nietzsche is a positive freedom thinker, so as to offer another interpretation of Nietzschean Freedom. The uniqueness of Nietzsche’s idea of freedom lies in, in fact, achieving a balance and harmony of Dionysian and Apollonian spirit. Furthermore, Nietzschean freedom deeply concerns “How to become yourself” and “become an overman”, which is also at the core of Nietzsche’s thought. Meanwhile, this dissertation also offers a different way of understanding the section 2-3 in Nietzsche’s Genealogy of Morality and clarifies some of the rather confusing concepts, such as : ”Free will”,”Freedom of the will”,”freedom” and “Free Spirit” in the text. |
