    Abstract: 專門的法律訓練及對各項專業知識的深入瞭解,是訴訟當事人對於法官正義之手之期待。近年來,國內關於推動法官專業化及法院專業化之期盼日增,惟關於應如何實踐則仍在起步之初,尤應借鏡其他立法例之發展歷程作為我國之參考。本文乃以英國工程專業法院發展之軌跡,包括法官的養成與遴選、專業法院對律師的訓練等,提供我國作為參考;並探討我國專業審理機制之現狀,及提出對我國專業審理機制之建議與期許。
