Title:	第一期馬英九政権の日台交流メカニズム形成の考察：「台日特別パートナーシップ」、「2010年覚書」を事例に

Abstract:	2008 年から8 年間の中国国民党の馬英九政権下の日台関係は、20 年間続いた「親日的」な李登輝、陳水扁政権の後を受けた馬総統自身が「反日」とのイメージを持たれたこともあり、当初から憂慮する見方も少なくなかった。実際に、政権発足直後に勃発した「聯合号事件」とその後の一連の流れは、比較的「平穏で安定した」日台関係に慣れ親しんできた日本側には震撼教育となった。しかしながら、その後の日台関係は双方の間で各分野での協力関係を着実に重ねることで、最終的には28 もの覚書等の取決めが調印され、同時期の日台関係は双方から「日台断交以来、最良の関係」とまで言われるようになった。
