Title:	如何選出適合成為教師的師資師培生？

Abstract:	就如《親子天下雜誌》在2015年11月「芬蘭教育贏在未來的能力」專刊報導，芬蘭教育靠的是完整扎實的師資培訓教、緊密的支持系統、卓越的教學和研究能力，以及強烈的熱情及使命感，優秀的師資是芬蘭教育的靈魂。筆者在2017年九月初參與「勇於學習、學習勇敢」(Dare to learn; learn to dare) 芬蘭教育研討會，過程中彼此自我介紹時知道同桌有幾位是芬蘭學校老師。在工作坊結束換場之際，趕緊抓住她們問：「你們當初是如何被篩選出來成為教育相關科系的學生，而能成為未來合適的老師？」
