Title:	歐亞高等教育跨國資歷認可與挑戰－聯合學位學程品質與認可

Abstract:	20世紀末，全球化的浪潮使得高等教育各方面都掀起前所未有的變化，其中，教師、學生，甚至大學機構與學位學程，都出現了過去沒有的高度流動性。根據經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）統計，截至2012年，全球約有超過450萬名國際學生，其中主要分布在美國、英國、德國、法國與澳洲等五國，也有越來越多學生選擇到韓國、紐西蘭或俄羅斯修讀學位（OECD, 2014）。為了促進經濟發展、提升競爭力，亞洲各國也紛紛鼓勵學生跨國流動，出國深造。而亞洲國家的學生傾向於赴鄰近國家進修，例如中國大陸、日本與韓國彼此之間便有大量的學生跨國就讀，其中包含修習跨國聯合學位學程。
