Title:	［大學海外分校系列］亞洲海外分校發展模式、挑戰及對我國的啓示

Abstract:	90年代之後，許多歐美大學紛紛至亞洲建立海外校園，間接使得亞洲學生更有機會接受一流高等教育（Knight, 2011）。目前海外分校在亞洲以中國大陸、馬來西亞、新加坡、南韓輸入海外分校的數量最多，其中主要輸出國為美國、澳洲、英國及法國等。相較於亞洲各國的發展，國內已開始討論此一議題，希望藉由「開放外僑學校招收本國人」及「吸引國外大學來臺設校」相關政策的鬆綁，加速國內高等教育國際化。2014年，我國教育部與經濟部積極規劃將教育創新納入「自由經濟示範區」，以引進國外一流教育資源，協助國內高等教育全面提升質與量。
