Title:	品質保證全球發展及挑戰：亞洲品保機構的下一個新世代

Abstract:	全球高等教育邁向大眾化及普及化的同時，各國政府莫不積極發展品質保證系統，以能確保大學品質及學生學習成效。歷經過去20年的發展，現今已有超過100個國家成立國家層級品質保證機構，此外，也有一些國家鼓勵私立及專業品質認證機構的成立。根據高等教育品質保證國際網絡（International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education, INQAAHE）統計，目前全球共有超過200個公私立專業評鑑機構，協助政府及大學增進整體教學及學習品質（Hou, Ince, Tasi, & Chiang, 2015）。
