Abstract:	內政部在法政策上如何處理前述爭議目前尚不得而知。可以確知的是,系爭事實不僅涉及法規範的適用,同時觸及規範的合憲性。前者屬於行政法的範疇,而後者則落入憲法領域。本文主要從中央警察大學招生簡章是否違反憲法保障人民受教育權與平等權而違憲,作進一步之檢驗。
