    Title: 建構以使用者為中心的我國大學選校互動系統

    Abstract: 進入21世紀，高等教育更加速了全球化的脚步，社會大眾對於瞭解大學之需求日益升高，各種不同類型的大學排名資訊也如雨後春筍般產生，但也招致許多批評的聲浪，特別是排名者對指標選取及權重分配的獨斷性方面，亦無法符合不同使用者的需求。為解決現今一般排行榜所產生之主觀性問題，在資訊科技的輔助下，許多國家開始發展了「以使用者為中心」之互動式大學排名系統，以提供主要的使用者更為互動式的服務與大學資訊，使即將入學的新生都能藉由網路平台，獲取相關大學的最新訊息，選擇最適合本身興趣、區域或類型之學校就讀。目前發展最早也最有影響力的「大學選校互動系統」，是1998年德國高等教育發展中心（The Centre for Higher Education Development, CHE）所建構的University Ranking，以領域為評比對象，並由使用者選取想要比較的學校，分上、中、下三層不同顏色箭頭，來呈現大學領域學門各分項指標的表現。2007年，加拿大Maclean’s開始將其排名所蒐集到的指標整合成一資訊平台，利用Personalized University Ranking Tool由使用者自己選取指標並自訂權重，最後產生一個屬於自己的大學排名結果。同年，美國教育部國家教育統計中心（National Center for Education Statistics, NCES）也以教育部「高等教育資料整合系統」（Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System, IPEDS）為基礎發展出美國大學選校系統（College Navigator）。2008年，更多元的機構紛紛公開大學選校資訊系統，如加拿大The Globe and Mail 的Campus Navigator，荷蘭Study choice123.nl partnership之Studychoice.nl，英國The Push Guides 之Uni chooser及美國Forbes等
