Title:	以AI人工智慧預測網購消費者購買意願 Predicting the Consumers` Willingness to Purchase Online Products with Artificial Intelligence

Abstract:	本文採用機器學習之分類技術，透過Kaggle平台現有之公開資料，建立模型，以預測網路平台上的評論者是否最終購買產品。除此之外，透過情感分析方法，萃取評論的正面、負面、中立以及複雜程度，以數值化文本，納入模型進行分析。本研究所建立之分類器的準確度都能高過全判別為不購買的準確度，其中以決策樹的表現最佳，準確度高達95%，且precision達八成。隨後透過集成學習方法，建立隨機森林方法的分類器，雖然準確度未能優化，但precision達88%。最終，就決策樹以及隨機森林所挑選的變數重要性來看，評論中的情緒成為評論者購買意願的關鍵要素。
