    Abstract: 安倍晋三首相は第 2 次安倍政権発足後 、「積 極的平和主義 」に基づ く外 交と安全保 障政策を推 し進めてい る 。「新安保 法制」の制 定、 「日米同盟」の強化 、「国家安全保障会議」の設 置など、具体的な行 動でその政治理念を一歩一歩実現させている 。「日米同盟 」を主軸と する外交‧安保体制の構築には、積極的 、実務的、計 画的という第 2 次安倍内閣の特色が現れている。「積極的平和主義 」はア ジア太平洋 地域における政局の変容をけん引し 、「日台関係 」の発展にも影響を 及ぼす。本稿ではまず、「積極的平和主義」につ いて整理し、次に安 倍首相の対台湾政策、日台両政府の協力状況、 政治指導者同士の交 流などに焦点を当て、外交政策と安全保障政策が「日台関係」に及 ぼす影響と役割について分析する。そして第 2 次安倍内閣の「積極 的平和主義」における日台協力の展望と課題を明らかにしたい。
