    摘要: 本文試圖檢試中國大陸企業的產權改革與地方經濟發展間之關係，受到整體市場環境改變與加入世界貿易組織等因素的影響，中國大陸本地企業面臨的競爭力日趨激烈，為了提升企業經營效率，有關當局試圖以股份制的方式來重建鄉鎮企業與國營企業的制理結構，然而本文認為，官方推動的股份制對於地方經濟制度產生了強制變遷的影響，進而導致政府、改制後的鄉鎮企業與國營企業之間的關係出現了微妙的變化。當政府退出鄉鎮企業與國營企業的內部經營之後，企業為了爭取有限的市場資源與利潤而展開了競爭，競爭過程受到產業規模與經濟效益的影響，導致企業間的競爭力有所差異，再家上政府施受到路徑依賴因素的制約，促使當地市場出險不完全競爭的特徵，也使地方經濟並未因產權改革而出現預期的成長。
    This article surveys the relationship between the reform of China`s enterprises and local economic development. Indigenous enterprises in China are facing pressure due to marketization and WTO regulations. The authorities are trying to rebuild the ownership structure to promote efficiency. However, institutional change will influence the interaction between the local government, TVEs and SOEs. When the local government withdraws from SOEs and TVEs, this would pushes these enterprises into competition. The result of this competition will be influenced by product scale and efficiency. In addition, the policies of local governments restrict developmented avenues. All these factors make local markets subject to incomplete competition. Therefore, local economics would not appear to stimulate growth.
