Title:	週休二日制課題之探討

Abstract:	有鑒於週休二日已經成為社會大眾關注的議題，本文於是分別就週休二日制的相關課題如「應否實施」、「如何實施」和「如何安排」等做一整體的敘述及探討。依據作者的分析，實施每週工作五日制及縮減工時基本上可透過法律規定或團體協商兩種方式來加以達成。然而，考量我國團體協約實施情況及工會力量，透過法律規定方式較為可行。同時，因為所可能引發的反彈較小，故建議或許應該從公部門開始實施週休二日制。至於實施的方式，建議先將每週工作時間縮減至四十四小時，使現行每週工作五日半取得一立法基礎，進而再考量將半日四小時工作時間打散至其它工作日。如此，週休二日制便可實現。
