    摘要: 本研究旨在調查國內115所學術圖書館的免費及收費服務的現況。本研究採問卷調查法，回收87份，共有83份(72.17%)為有效問卷。調查時間從民國84年12月 26日起至85年2月5日止。調查主要結果為：除影印服務與逾期罰款外，49.40%的圖書館提供的服務皆不收費，50.60%的圖書館則有收費的服務；對於外界使用者提供的服務方面，89.16%的圖書館有提供此種服務。
    On the basis of questionnaire survey, this study investigates the fee services and free services of 115 academic libraries in Taiwan. A total of 87 questionnaires returned, among them 83 were used. The survey conducted from December 26th 1995 to February 5th 1996. The findings include excluding phtocopying and overdue charges, 49.40 percentage of libraries conduct free information services, and 50.60 percentage of libraries provide fee informationservlces.
