Abstract:	本文探討討英國、北歐、美國、日本之公共圖書館行政組織體系，檢視其公共圖書館設置之法規依據、行政組織之隸屬關係、圖書館之組織結構、館員任用與經費來源等方面，以期歸納出各國之特色，作為探討我國臺灣地區公共圖書館行政組織體系之參考。 This paper is to study the public library Organizational Systems of Great Britain, Scandinavia, United States, and Japan, including the following aspects of their public libraries: the founding laws and regulations, the organizational systems and hierarchies, the organizational structures, as well as the recruiting of librarians and acquiring of library financial resources.
