Abstract:	文章對中國古代書商這一群體進行了較為深入細緻的分析，論述了書商的特點及其與藏書家之間互相依存，密不可分的伙伴、朋友、助手關係，特別指出書商在經營之道上所具備的信息靈通、服務周全、專業熟練、公關出色、贏利合理等是值得肯定的，儘管在書商隊伍中也有製假作偽牟取暴利的奸滑之徒，但畢竟不是主流，其主旋律是與藏書家一道為中國古代圖書文化的發展作出了不可磨滅的貢獻。 This article analyzes thoroughly the bookdealers in ancient China, discussing their characteristics and relationship with book collectors, who were their intimate partners, friends and assistants. Some ancient bookdealers distinguished themselves in making excellent marketing policies such as efficient information channels, comprehensive services, professional skills, excellent public relations, and reasonable profits. Though there were some cunny bookdealers making exorbitant profits, the mainstream was the bookdealers who, working with book collectors, made an everlasting contribution to the development of ancient Chinese book culture.
