    摘要: 受到資訊科技與環境變遷的衝擊與壓力,傳統工商圖書館的業務運作已無法應付現今社會的嚴酷考驗,在經費、人員、館藏、空間的限制與特殊性下,如不思考因應與改變之道,勢必面臨到裁撤之命運。本文擬就中國生產力中心圖書館之環境,藉由策略規劃、流程實作、效益評估等方式,從館員與使用者之角度,探析在造工程應用於工商圖書館之轉型策略,並藉此實作成果探析提出結論建議與未來展望。
    Confront the impact and pressure of information technology and environmental change, the occupational operation of traditional business library is unable to deal with the cruel test in nowadays. Cause of the limitation and particularity of budget, staffs, collection and space, if we don`t find a way to change, it will be deactivate in the future. This article outlines the reengineering process of strategy planning, implementation, performance evaluation and put into practice in China Productivity Center Library for suggestion and vision in the future.
