Abstract:	隨著目錄資料庫資料量的日益龐大，攸關資訊檢索服務的資料庫品質控制問題益形重要。因此，本文擬探討檔案資料庫書目品質控制問題，說明檔案目錄品質控制的重要性，以及目錄品質控制的內容與方法，並以檔案管理局建置之全國檔案目錄查詢網為例，說明目錄品質控制的具體作法與經驗，進而透過實際取樣分析全國檔案目錄查詢網現有之目錄品質，加以歸納整理，擬具結論及建議，以期提供檔案目錄檢索系統加強目錄品質控制作業之參考。 Online information services saw the urgency of archives quality control as the amount of database increased. This paper discusses archives database quality control in terms of its significance, contents and methods. The National Electronic Archives Retrieve, an online catalog, is provided to exemplify quality control process.
