    Title: 永輝超市成長路徑分析
    A Study on the Growth of Yonghui Superstores

    Abstract: 本研究以永輝超市為案例,以地理市場的擴張與事業領域的擴張為脈絡,分析其持續成長的動能為何。自1978年中國大陸改革開放以來,零售產業幾經波折,永輝超市作為一家本土零售商卻能屢次將挑戰轉變為成長的契機,本文將永輝的成長歷程劃分為四個階段,並逐一剖析每個階段企業動態能力的發展。同時,探討永輝超市如何利用多角化策略與國際化策略推動企業成長。透過永輝超市成長路徑的分析,得出在外部環境的不斷變動下,永輝選擇積極回應,適時轉換、重組剩餘資源,結合業態的多角化與產品的國際化,推動了企業的持續成長。
    This thesis investigates the growth of Yonghui superstores in terms of the expansion of geographical market and product scope. Since China implemented the reform and open-door policy in 1978, the retail industry has gone through twists and turns. Yonghui superstores, as a local retailer, has been able to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. This study divides the growth process of Yonghui into four stages, and analyzes the development of dynamic capabilities of the firm in each stage. At the same time, I discuss how Yonghui uses diversification strategy and globalization strategy to promote its growth in China. Through the analysis of the growth path of Yonghui Superstores, it is concluded that under the changing external environment, Yonghui chooses to respond positively, timely transform and reorganize its resources, and pursue profitable growth through the diversification of product scope and globalization of procurement.
