Abstract:	智慧企業的風潮下，資通訊科技在醫療及健康領域的應用，包含醫療照護、疾病管理、公共衛生監測等，扮演極為重要的一環。成長中的大數據分析能力帶有巨大潛力，能讓持續累積的健康資訊結合現有科技，發揮綜效。數位化醫療資訊的蒐集，輔以大數據的分析與應用，讓”不必要的診斷檢查或醫療”降低，有效的提升智能醫療系統效能。本文將透過 5V 的定義，對其價值分析，探討醫療業智企業能服務，對各種數據和智能系統進行有組織的評估和對最先進醫療流程的分析，探討其架構的運用及服務價值，並建議啟用智能醫療服務框架（Smart Medical Service Framework SMSF），提供訊息溝通，讓健康訊息透通並循環再利用其價值，期使更好醫療行為的管理和服務，提高服務質量和護理的安全性，以降低成本和風險，完備醫療業智能服務模式的基礎。
