Abstract: This is the business plan proposed by Schutoo Trip Co., Ltd., founded in Hangzhou, P.R.C. The aim of this business plan is to narrate in detail about how to use the existing technology resources by two co-founders together with the initial team members to build up a business model to solve the supply and demand gap of the taxi booking industry in the niche market.
Due to the rapid development of China’s economy and the quick commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, the concept of “online platform” has been widely accepted by the average consumers. As a platform using a B2B2B business model, Schutoo will target SMEs in new smart industrial parks or clusters as its customer, as well as taxi companies in first and second-tier cities in China. The ultimate beneficiaries of Schutoo’s products will be passengers and drivers, it will provide passengers with the most convenient way to get to the airport and also provide drivers with a steady income.
Schutoo believes that corporate social responsibility is very important. The founding team hopes to let these product advocate concepts of “sharing”, “planning”, and “environment-friendly” to everyone who uses it. Thus, driving more and more people to change their unhealthy lifestyles.
