Title:	俄羅斯食品出口至台灣市場之發展策略 Development Strategy of Russian Food Exports in the Taiwanese Market

Abstract:	本研究之目的主要著重在深入分析台灣進口俄羅斯食品的實務作業，以提供企業主與對台俄貿易發展有興趣的人們參考。由於台俄之間的食品貿易活動在近幾年始有升溫的趨勢，因此過去在這個議題少有文獻提及，這也是何以本研究需要檢視俄羅斯聯邦與台灣食品產業的全貌，以使得篩選出的產品更具代表性與說服力。此外，本研究最末章的分析結果，主要是基於對進口俄羅斯食品的公司以及供應俄羅斯風味餐點的餐廳訪談所得到的資訊，以及SWOT分析的結果彙整而成，從而探知在台灣最有發展前景的俄羅斯食品主要類別，過程中也明確點出其進入台灣市場將會面臨的機會與風險。因此，建立於該些研究成果，本研究提供了一些建議，以利某些俄羅斯食品以其優點，於台灣食品市場上順利推廣。 This research was written as a scientific set of instructions for entrepreneurs and people interested in the development of trade between Russia and Taiwan, especially in the import of Russian food products to Taiwan. Due to the fact that active trade in the food industry between Russia and Taiwan started to develop only within the past few years, there is not a lot of research on the subject. Therefore, this paper aims to give a complete description of the current situation of the food industry in the Russian Federation and Taiwan, while identifying the main production centers for each branch of the food industry in the Russian Federation and highlighting the most exported kinds of food products from Russia, together with the most imported kinds of food products to Taiwan. Consequently, the research emphasizes the most promising kinds of food products for import development from Russia to Taiwan. In the last chapter, the author gives a full description of the Russian food products that were previously identified as profitable for import to Taiwan, basing on data obtained from interviews conducted among the majority of Taiwanese companies, that import Russian food products and restaurants of Russian cuisine, as well as SWOT analysis. Additionally, the author describes the threats and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and strengths of Russian food products on the Taiwanese market. As a result, the author gives a list of advice for entrepreneurs and people interested in the development of imports of Russian food to Taiwan, including which Russian food products are more profitable to import to Taiwan, as well as how to present these food products in order to stay on the Taiwan market.
