Abstract:	台灣的電子絕緣材料加工產業是自1980年代開始發展，起初的絕緣材料主要是應用在筆記型電腦、顯示器、電源供應器、轉換器等電子周邊產品。電子產品經加工處理，取得「安全規格標準認證」或「安全規格標準驗證」。該產業在發展初期具備：1.低門檻、低技術與低投資成本產業初期，客戶對產品的精度要求不高，加工過程也不繁複；2.高客製化產品需求，完全配合客戶列出材質、形狀、尺寸與規格等；3.重視客戶服務及時性等要素。本個案分析聚焦在兩項研究主軸：一、探討中小企業成長之關鍵分析以中小企業在電子絕緣加工產業中為例，提供持續成長的策略關鍵，該如何因應環境、產業、客戶的變化。二、分析個案公司如何育才與留才人才的流失一直都是中小企業非常困擾的問題，個案公司如何發展出一套管理方法，不僅留住人才和客戶，並維持良好的營運效能。
