    Title: 台灣各縣市空氣污染防治支出對空氣汙染的影響
    Impact of Air Pollution Control Expenditures on Air Pollution in Various Counties and Cities in Taiwan

    Abstract: 本研究的主要在於探討空氣污染防制支出對於台灣各縣市空氣汙染的影響,本研究利用2005至2017年共13年台灣6個直轄市、14個縣市(扣除連江縣、金門縣),共計20縣市二氧化硫及細懸浮微粒濃度追蹤資料來分析。經過多個檢定方法的檢定結果顯示,固定效果模型是最佳的實證模型。在空氣汙染的變數設定方面,本論文分別採用二氧化硫(模型一)與細懸浮微粒(模型二)進行實證估計。且本研究的實證模型中所包含的解釋變數之間並沒有共線性的問題。本研究的主要研究結果如下:空氣污染防制支出在統計上確實有助於減少二氧化硫濃度,但是對細懸浮微粒濃度沒有影響。其次,教育程度在統計上確實對各縣市二氧化硫及細懸浮微粒有顯著負向影響。此外,機車的密度在統計上對二氧化硫排放沒顯著影響,但對細懸浮微粒有正向影響。本研究根據上述的研究結論建議,政府應增加空氣污染防制支出,並且鼓勵民眾利用大眾交通工具取代私人汽機車,才能有效改善空氣汙染。
