    Title: 對中共鄂豫皖蘇區發展若干特點之考察(1927-1932)

    Abstract: 中共如何能夠將農民成功的運動起來，關於這一個命題，始終是研究中共黨史的史學家所津津樂道的問題。儘管直到目前為止，尚未有一個最終的定論，但始終使人致信不疑的一點是，中國農民的生活遠比馬克斯主義、列寧主義所能描述的更為複雜，絕不是單單幾句土地革命的口號就能將農民號召起來的。在這裡，我們將堅持一個原則，正如黃宗智教授(Huang, Philip C. C.)所主張，中共農民運動的實際情形，絕不是如上層路線－下層執行般機械式的關係而已。我們所要探究的是，“究竟事實上發生了什麼事”(What actually happened)?1927年，當國民黨進行清黨之後，中共派遣了許多知識份子黨員下鄉動員農民。然而，中國農村中實際的情形，卻比這些知識份子黨員所能想像的更為複雜。農民對於中共土地革命的主張大多表現出漠不關心的心態，當這些知識份子黨員發現到他們很難以他們的主張直接打動農民之時，地方菁英階級成為了他們運動的主要對象之一。然而，不同的地區有不同性質的地方菁英份子，中共黨員對於這些菁英份子的策略必然亦將因地而異。更重要的是，許多的中共黨員本身便是屬地方菁英階級的一份子，當他們運動農民之初，必然會藉他們過去的社會關係之便，來動員農民。這些情形，助長了蘇區中地方主義的傾向。對於中央來說，這種傾向是令人難以忍受的，當外來幹部到達蘇區之時，這種矛盾更加深化。這種外來幹部與土著幹部之間的爭執，必然地。要為日後血腥肅反事件的發生負相當大的責任。
