Abstract:	傷兵一直是軍隊事務關注的焦點，然而傷兵不僅是軍隊的問題，也與社會有緊密關聯。對此，蔣介石與政府機關也都深切明白這一問題的重要性，故由收容、醫療乃至後續安置，都有完善的法規與機構負責。而不僅有國家力量的推動，民間團體也紛紛組織起來進行勞軍或提供救護活動，但即使有完善的規劃，在傷兵的眼中，他們無法獲取基本的救護與慰藉；在民眾的眼中，傷兵是可怕可畏的，在政府的眼中，他們成為嚴重的社會問題，破壞了民眾對軍人的觀感。推究其因，無法單純歸於政策的不完備或民間的漠視，除了傷兵本身的紀律不嚴謹外，戰事影響物質條件，而下層機關在執行上又常打折扣，致使傷兵照料成效不如預期，此一狀況不僅表現在傷兵問題，整體戰時中國軍隊都有類似的問題存在。
