    Abstract: 近年來臺灣中南部空氣品質日益惡化，一些公民團體不斷要求政府即時揭露 空氣品質數據，一些社區更是積極行動，或透過升起校園空汙旗，或透過組成社 區空汙自救會，要求政府正視空氣品質改善問題。在此脈絡下，本文檢視中南部 社區監測空汙行動，探討關心空汙的民間團體，如何生產地方空汙資訊與證據， 進行空汙知識的民間傳播，挑戰政府的空氣品質資訊？透過分析中南部的社區空 汙監測行動，本文討論這些空汙行動如何生產、詮釋、運用空汙資料，挑戰政府 現行空汙管制政策，並進一步討論公民空汙監測在臺灣社會脈絡下的可能契機與 限制。最後，從案例中反思社會基礎設施的需求以促進科技民主與環境正義的落 實。
