    2012年在歐洲綠能太陽能微逆變器 (Photovoltaic Microinverter)、電動車( Electric Vehicle、HEV )逐漸普及,將原半導體基礎分離式元件帶向高效率、低耗能半導體分離式元件的需求,應用的範圍擴大、並延伸產品的利基市場;2013年在中國大陸供應商進入Apple供應鏈後,對全球產業的競爭變化,特別是台灣電子產業高度相關的半導體供應鏈,如何調整半導體IDM廠商的營運模式並結合中國紅色供應鏈的優勢是本研究主要探討的主軸。

    本論文研究以個案公司為例,主要探討問題:
    一、台灣功率半導體廠商在紅色供應鏈的挑戰下面臨的情勢
    二、台灣功率半導體企業如何調整營運模式以因應紅色供應鏈的挑戰?

    本研究是以個案研究方法,和相關文獻回顧,以Allen Afuah (2003) 經營模式(Business models) 架構,將影響企業營運績效的主要因素:產業因素和經營模式,說明一般功率半導體IDM廠商,在面臨大陸紅色供應鏈挑戰下的外在產業因素變化,台灣功率半導體廠商如何調整公司的價值活動,進而帶動公司的資源、定位及成本的相互影響,調整後公司營運績效,提供給公司因應外在產業因素的參考。

    在研究的個案發現紅色供應鏈在中國政府政策輔導加上充分利用在大陸的主場優勢,取得較佳的成本,對台灣業者產生威脅,但品牌廠對紅色供應鏈品質的管控上確有疑慮,所以結合台灣功率半導體IDM廠商的品質管制經驗和品牌效應與紅色供應鏈的成本和在地優勢相互合作,調整原有營運模式達到公司獲利營運績效。
    Abstract
    The basic semi-conductor discrete components has toward the demand to high-ly-efficiency and lower-power consumption due to the widespread on photovoltaic mi-cro-inverter and electronic vehicle (EVs and HEVs) in Europe 2012. Also, making the scope of applications expand and extend in niche markets of products. After the suppliers on Main-land China entered Apple supply chain in 2013, the competitions has changed in global in-dustry, especially the highly relevant semiconductor supply chain in Taiwan's electronics in-dustry.

    How to adjust the operating mode of semiconductor IDM manufacturers and combine the advantages of China's red supply chain is the main axis of this study.
    A. The situation that Taiwan power semiconductor manufacturers face the challenge of red supply chain.
    B. How can Taiwan power semiconductor companies adjust their operating models to meet the challenges of the red supply chain?

    The research is based on the case study and related literature reviewing, the business models of Allen Afuah is the structure which will affect the main factors of business perfor-mance, industrial factors and business models, explaining the general power semiconductor IDM suppliers had faced the changes of external industrial factors under the challenges of mainland China red supply chains. How Taiwan power semiconductors can adjust the value activities and drives companies resources to value the position and cost interactions. Perfor-mance provides a reference for companies to respond to external industry factors.

    At the case study that finds out the red supply chain was guided by the Chinese gov-ernment's policy and it took full advantage of its home field advantage in the mainland to obtain better costs, which threatened Taiwanese players. However, the brand factories had the doubts of qualities controls at red supply chains. So combining the quality control experience and brand effect of Taiwan's power semiconductor IDM manufacturers with the cost and lo-cal advantages of the red supply chain, the original operating model was adjusted to achieve the company's profitable operating performance.
