Abstract:	整體中國醫療改革自1989年歷時至今仍在進行式中，中國政府大力推動這耗時近二十年的醫療改革，對藥品、高值醫用耗材等相關產品的上下游相關產業以及市場產生了巨大的洗牌影響，不僅是外資企業與國產企業的市場份額的消長，更是上下游產業以及藥企與器材商重新整併的大吹風，更是中國2025國家戰略政策的重要一環，牽動整個中國國造在高端醫療產業的布局與計劃。面對這波巨大的醫改浪潮，個案公司這一中台合資之高值醫用骨科耗材企業，企業的永續生存所面臨的問題除了製造、品質、營銷管理以及產品的行銷推廣，整體發展策略布局外，也在於是否能夠配合調整國家發展的政策與策略因應。本文藉由從依照時序去整理中國醫療改革的進程與對相近藥品產業所作的管控與調整，去觀察整理對高值醫用耗材產業的作法，進而去分析個案公司與骨材產業的現況，提出分析建議與對策。 The overall Chinese medical reform is still in progress since 1989. The Chinese government has vigorously promoted this medical reform that took nearly two decades. It has produced upstream and downstream related industries and markets for related products such as drugs and high-value medical consumables. The huge reshuffle impact is not only the decline of the market share of foreign-funded enterprises and domestic enterprises, but also a major reorganization of upstream and downstream industries and pharmaceutical companies and equipment manufacturers. It is also an important part of China ’s 2025 national strategic policy, which affects the entire The layout and plan of China National Manufacturing in the high-end medical industry. In the face of this huge wave of medical reform, the case company, a Sino-Taiwan joint venture orthopedic high-value medical consumables company, has problems facing the company`s sustainable survival in addition to manufacturing, quality, marketing management and product marketing, and overall development strategies. Outside the layout, it also depends on whether it can coordinate with the adjustment of national development policies and strategies. By arranging the progress of China`s medical reform and the management and adjustment of similar pharmaceutical industries in accordance with the time series, this article observes and organizes the practice of the high-value medical consumables industry, and then analyzes the current situation of case companies and the bone industry, and proposes Analysis suggestions and countermeasures.
