| Abstract: | 我國《檔案法》於1999年制定完成，目前在公家機關都有一套根據《檔案法》且符合該機關需求之檔案管理辦法，而美術館內部也有一套適合該館的檔案管理辦法。展覽檔案是一組織執行展覽業務過程中所產生之檔案，但現行公立美術館或其上級機關之檔案管理辦法並沒有將上述之文件檔案納入檔案管理辦法之中，導致目前缺乏基礎材料檔案，來建置一套適用於臺灣面對全球化下當代藝術發展的策展架構。
本研究透過文獻回顧美術館展覽檔案形成與管理，與檔案管理與鑑定之相關文獻作為背景知識，後續再藉半結構式訪談輔助瞭解臺灣美術館目前對於展覽檔案之形成、管理過程，與其對於展覽檔案再利用之處理情形。
研究結果發現，目前國內公立美術館展覽檔案之形成過程大致為，將於籌辦展覽過程中所產生的公文、文宣品、作品清單、作品圖檔、展覽企畫書、採購預算文件、專輯/畫冊與照片，經由展覽業務承辦人和策展人之個人習慣與經驗與所屬機關之檔案管理辦法去判定、篩選過後所形成。且對於展覽檔案後續利用之情形並不明顯，作為行政稽憑與參考資料是為大宗，或將展覽檔案重新整理出版成冊，化為館刊、年鑑，但將展覽檔案轉化為藝術服務，甚至實際轉化為研究資料的只有少數個案。
根據研究結果建議可以開設檔案相關課程提供人員修習、舉辦經驗交流分享會、制定展覽檔案相關業務規範或作業手冊與建置展覽檔案資源共享平臺，使美術館展覽檔案能夠為美術館機構所使用。
Taiwan has passed legislation to implement Archives Act in 1999. Currently, government institutions have their archives administration methods tailored based on the Archives Act, art museum likewise. Exhibition archive is the archive created in the process of professional work by an organisation. However, public art museums and its superior authorities do not include the content mentioned previously in the archives management procedure. It is causing the lack of fundamental material archives needed for implementing a curation structure which can help Taiwan facing the current global modern art exhibition.
This paper reviews the formation and management of the art museum exhibition archives, archives management and appraisal related documents as background. Along with semi-structured interviews, the state of affairs of the formation, management and reuse of exhibition archives by the art museum in Taiwan are shown.
This study found that public art museum in Taiwan can generate exhibition archive through the process of hosting an exhibition. During the process, the archives are determined by the contractor and curator, through their experience, personal habit and the archive management rules of the institution they are at. The exhibition archives are rarely reused and are often used as evidence and reference. The exhibition archives can also be published as annual handbook after reorganized. Nonetheless, transforming exhibition archives for arts in the service industry or even research data are the minority.
In conclusion, it is recommended that archives related courses can be offered, hosting experience sharing sessions, establishing exhibition archives business specification or operation manual and to build an exhibition archives resources sharing platform which allows art museum exhibition archives to be utilized by art museums. |
