| Abstract: | 對於離鄉工作的艱辛與憂慮不少作曲家、影集以此為題，如《漂向北方》、《海角七號》等皆敘述了離鄉所遭遇到的困境以及對於家鄉的種種思念，引發了不少勞動青年的共鳴，造成勞動青年的遷移行為。此一現象無論在何時、何地皆在持續發生中，甚至已發展到了國與國之間的遷移活動，不侷限於國內的遷移行為，故勞動青年最後決定遷移的目的因素需深入去探討。
勞動環境的改變與青年畢業後對於未來目標的不確定性造成青年遷移，以及就職中青年對於產業未來的發展產生質疑，再加上需面對生活成本的不斷提升，同時又有家人的呼喊，返鄉便成為青年的一項選擇，此現象的產生對於青年來說是一個人生規劃的里程碑，同時也是規劃未來目標的重要決定。 |
