    Abstract: 倫理領導是晚近開始吸引研究者注意的研究議題，本研究將過往研究中較常討論的倫理型領導，以及過往研究中少有觸及的領導者不道德利組織行為納入倫理領導概念中。研究中建構了一個倫理領導、團隊氣候、團隊成員倫理動機(包括道德認同與道德疏離)與道德行為(包括建言/回報問題、不道德決策制定、及偏差行為)間關係的跨層次模型，希望達到幾個研究目的。 首先，探討團隊成員倫理動機在倫理領導與團隊成員道德行為之間關係的中介效果。其次，探討團隊倫理氣候在倫理領導與團隊成員倫理動機間的中介效果，以及倫理動機在團隊倫理氣候與團隊成員道德行為間的中介角色。最後，了解成員權力距離導向對於倫理領導與團隊成員倫理動機間關係的調節效果，以及在倫理領導、團隊成員倫理動機與道德行為間中介關係上，所扮演的調節效果。 本研究將以房仲業者為調查對象，以兩年期進行研究規劃與執行，期望獲致兩項主要研究貢獻。首先，藉由探討團隊倫理氣候及團隊成員倫理動機，在倫理型領導及領導者不倫理利組織行為與團隊成員道德行為的關係中，所扮演的中介角色，填補目前的理論缺口。其次，納入華人文化中的重要價值觀變項，亦即權力距離導向，並探討其調節效果，除了對於倫理領導與倫理動機研究的理論貢獻之外，也應對於倫理領導的跨文化研究有所啟發。
