Abstract:	哈伯瑪斯的《溝通行動理論》可以視為是對韋伯的「理解社會學」的理性化理論的重構。哈伯瑪斯透過語用學重構了社會學行動理論，這是基於他對語言行動理論的批判性研究。語言行動理論區分語言的「以言表意」、「以言行事」與「以言取效」三種不同的作用。這使哈伯瑪斯能在「理解取向的溝通行動」與「成功取向的策略行動」這兩種行動類型之間做出區分。哈伯瑪斯透過對於「以言行事效力」的可能性條件的分析，說明理性化過程做為西方理性主義的特殊現象，其實是普遍地建立在兌現溝通行動所預設的真誠性、真實性與正確性等有效性宣稱的討論之上。溝通的合理性做為以言行事效力得以產生的根據，亦即是我們建立一個無宰制的社會互動關係的理想模式與批判基礎。本研究計劃因而要透過哈伯瑪斯在其形式語用學的建構中，對於(1)如何區分以言表意、以言行事與以言取效這三種語言行動；以及對於(2)以言行事的效力如何能產生出來的回答，來探討哈伯瑪斯如何透過語用學，來為社會學行動理論進行重構，並從而證成現代世界的理性化過程所具有的正當性基礎。
