Title:	創意技能與青年創業行為之分析

Abstract:	在高等教育快速擴張而產業結構變遷未能及時搭配的環境裡，青年創業是主政者企圖解決年輕人失業和出路問題的重要策略之一。具備什麼樣特質的年輕人會選擇創業？以及哪些年輕人比較適合創業？則是一直是受到年輕人本身 ; 家長 ; 以及社會大眾所關切的議題。過往的創業相關研究經常聚焦在根據少數成功創業家的自我描述來界定哪些個人特質會有助於創業成功，但這些少數成功者所聲稱的關鍵性因素是否能夠普遍適用於一般民眾，則是一個待驗證的研究問題。為了要以具有人口代表性的調查資料為基礎，來釐清個人特質與年輕人投入創業活動之間的關係，本研究利用 2015 年台灣教育長期追蹤資料庫後續調查（TEPS-B）所收集有關青年創業行為和創業意圖方面的電訪資料，同時結合這群受訪者在 2001 年和 2003 年高中時期的家庭社經背景 ; 個人特質 ; 以及學習經驗等方面的訊息，來驗證具備何種認知技能和非認知特質的高中生會比較容易在後來（年紀約 30 歲左右）自行創業或擁有創業企圖心。我們的兩個主要發現是：(1)在中學時期擁有寫作能力的青少年會對選擇自行創業或具備創業企圖心產生正向的影響效果；(2)在中學時期擁有創意技能的青少年會增加後來投入創業活動的機率。
