    Abstract: 導覽,是旅遊中重要的一環,隨著科技的進展,導覽的形式日漸多元,然而多數的台灣展覽館仍停留在傳統導覽媒介的使用,甚至有些觀光景點缺乏導覽,在來台自助旅行遊客市場逐年成長下,這樣的旅遊環境對不懂中文的遊客而言帶來不少困擾。本研究欲藉由個案公司蹦世界探討智慧導覽這樣新形式的導覽模式所創造的價值,同時,本研究以深度訪談的方式了解蹦世界在創業過程中如何發掘機會與辨識機會,並如何與先前研究文獻相呼應,同時探討蹦世界是新創存活率低的台灣是如何創業成功,研究結果發現: (1) 創辦人的「先前知識」(prior knowledge) 對其辨識創業機會有著關鍵影響,其中很多來自人脈網絡獲得的市場資訊;(2) 「先進者優勢」是蹦世界創業成功的主因。
