    Abstract: 本研究以探討供應鏈整合對於企業經應績效影響進行探討,並了解透過供應鏈整合策略是否可幫助企業在不確定性提升的狀態下保有穩定。現在企業經營的全球分工日益複雜,其內部或外部的供應鏈均有可能擴及世界各個角落;然無論是外部還是內部,未有完好整合之供應鏈將使其在面對複雜的外部挑戰時無法快速且適切的反應,導致經營的風險增加;無法有效發揮的供應鏈可能導致企業最終走向失敗。
    供應鏈整合的概念可從其內部供應鏈之整合開始,藉由目標及工作內容的重新安排使各功能間能夠有更順暢的溝通、進而創造組織中更緊密的合作關係;在達成內部的整合後,企業亦須與其合作夥伴,也就是供應商與客戶,達成相應的外部整合。具有完好外部整合的供應鏈可在外部環境面臨考驗時即時且有效傳遞相應訊息給供應鏈上的所有成員,藉由協作快速反應整體供應鏈變化,使供應鏈的不確定性可以因此降低、達成供應鏈的穩定發展。
    本研究以電子零件通路商為主體,探討其如何透過內部供應鏈整合、3A (agility, adaptability, and alignment) 供應鏈、CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment),使其組織在增進其經營績效之虞、亦可在當今面臨許多挑戰的半導體供應鏈中為其夥伴提供更加穩定的供應鏈環境。透過個案實例與研究分析得到的結論與建議,期能對未來進行相關研究之讀者與企業有所幫助。
    The research aims to study how supply chain integration strategy influencing enterprise performance, and to understand whether it can help enterprise to improve its stability in the uncertain environment. Nowadays the enterprises all operate with complicated globalization environment; its internal or external supply chain may exist in any corners among the world. Nevertheless, if the internal or external supply chain cannot be integrated adequately, the enterprise may not be able to react in a agile and adequate manner while facing critical challenges, and this may lead to the increase of managing risk. A supply chain cannot be functioned effectively may cause the failure of an enterprise.
    The concept of supply chain integration starts from the integration of an enterprise’ internal value chain, by rearranging the performance target and tasks among functions can build an organization with smoother communication and inseparable cooperation. After reaching internal integration target, the enterprise also must reach corresponding external integration with its external partners, like suppliers and customers. A well-integrated supply chain can pass required information to its supply chain partners effectively and efficiently while facing critical challenges, and through those effective and efficient reaction to the changes, the uncertainty of the supply chain can be eliminated, and the supply chain would be able to develop steadily.
    This study focuses on how a semiconductor distributor improving its performance by supply chain integration, 3A supply chain, and CPFR, meanwhile also support its partners with a more stable supply chain environment. With solid cases with research analysis, it is hoped this research can benefit reader or related enterprises in the future.
